Senior Accountant – Hybrid (Belgrade/Novi Sad)

About the role

Devtech is looking for a Senior Accountant to join its internal operations team. The role is hybrid, based in the Belgrade and Novi Sad offices, and focuses on accurate bookkeeping, cost‑center accounting, and financial reporting at the group level.

Key responsibilities

• Record bookkeeping entries and maintain cost‑center accounting across the Group.
• Supervise and review the work of junior accounting staff.
• Prepare monthly Group profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash‑flow statements.
• Assist in weekly cash‑flow forecasting.
• Manage periodic closing activities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including accruals, deferrals, A/R and A/P reconciliations, and foreign‑exchange adjustments.

Required profile

• Senior‑level accounting experience with a strong focus on financial reporting.
• Proven ability to supervise junior staff and ensure accuracy of entries.
• Experience handling group‑wide cost‑center accounting and cash‑flow forecasting.
