Account Specialist

About the role

Wolt is looking for a data‑driven Account Specialist to help restaurant partners succeed on its platform. You will build strong relationships, deliver top‑tier client experiences, and drive growth through insights and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Partner growth – drive commercial growth of existing restaurant partners.
• Portfolio management – oversee a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring value creation for partners, customers, couriers and Wolt.
• Performance optimization – use data insights to identify opportunities, propose tailored campaigns and provide high‑level consultation.
• Relationship building – act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, maintain communication and support expansion opportunities.
• Cross‑functional collaboration – coordinate with internal teams to align goals and optimize partner performance.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in account development or sales.
• Experience in e‑commerce or marketplace environments is a plus.
• Analytical thinking with strong numerical ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Project management skills, including stakeholder management and process implementation.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented ownership mindset and a “can‑do” attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
