Accounting and Finance Specialist

About the role

The Accounting and Finance Specialist will join DPM Metals Inc.’s Belgrade office to manage day‑to‑day accounting operations and support financial reporting for a dynamic mining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, maintain the general ledger and perform reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cost‑analysis activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies and IFRS standards.
• Monitor cash flow, contribute to financial planning and support audits.
• Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial data and insights.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; CPA or ACCA preferred.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting experience, preferably in corporate or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of IFRS or other relevant accounting standards and audit requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Fluent English; knowledge of local languages and mining experience is a plus.
