About the role

Our modern law firm in Novi Sad is seeking a motivated legal associate to join our dispute‑resolution team. You will work on a variety of cases, supporting senior lawyers and interacting directly with both domestic and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle civil disputes for compensation and damage claims.
• Manage cases related to debt repayment and enforcement proceedings.
• Conduct litigation in insurance matters.
• Assist in criminal law cases, misdemeanors and economic offenses.

Required profile

• Passed the judicial and bar examinations.
• Professional experience in law practice, judiciary, prosecution, public defense or enforcement.
• Openness to innovative work approaches and continuous professional development.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical abilities.
• Valid B‑category driver’s license.
• At least one year of experience in dispute resolution.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
