AI Growth Marketing Manager (B2B)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale the demand‑generation engine for Nebius Academy B2B, the AI transformation learning hub. Reporting to the CMO, you will design multi‑channel campaigns, optimise funnels and deliver qualified pipeline across several markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute full‑funnel demand‑generation programs from awareness to pipeline conversion.
• Build and deploy LLM agents that scrape competitor ads, create battlecards, summarise media coverage and draft personalised outbound sequences.
• Manage paid acquisition on LinkedIn, Google, Meta and other B2B channels.
• Develop, test and optimise landing pages, email sequences and conversion funnels.
• Define, track and improve metrics such as MQLs, CPL, CAC and pipeline contribution.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to refine lead quality and feedback loops.
• Plan and run field‑marketing activities including webinars, events and regional activations.
• Support ABM initiatives for priority accounts and work with Content and Design teams on messaging and assets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on B2B growth, demand or performance marketing experience.
• Proven track record managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google or Meta.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Experience coordinating field‑marketing events and webinars.
• Excellent collaboration and written communication skills.
