AI Solutions Consultant – B2B Sales & Revenue Growth

About the role

IgniteTech is looking for an AI Solutions Consultant to drive B2B sales and revenue growth across its enterprise product portfolio. You will leverage generative AI tools to accelerate sales cycles, personalize outreach, and close complex deals, setting a new standard for AI‑driven selling.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve quota by closing new, expansion, and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Use AI‑powered insights to prioritize warm accounts, shorten sales cycles, and increase deal size.
• Translate sophisticated AI capabilities into clear business value for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Maintain ownership of the full commercial process from qualification to contract signing.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to proactively generate pipeline.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B enterprise software sales experience with a proven record of closing complex deals.
• Hands‑on experience applying generative AI/LLM tools to solve real business problems.
• Strong understanding of sales strategy, customer journey mapping, and market dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining AI concepts to non‑technical audiences.
