Amazon Brand Manager - Fully Remote

About the role

GIGABRANDS is a full-service Amazon agency managing 50+ brands, combining neuromarketing, AI-powered strategy and deep Amazon expertise. It is looking for an Amazon Brand Manager to run a portfolio of 10-15 Amazon brands and lead their own Pod: an Account Manager, a PPC Specialist and a Graphic Designer. The manager sets the strategy, keeps the team focused and catches problems before they reach the client.

Key responsibilities

• Own client relationships and communication, from strategy to weekly KPIs
• Set and drive 30/60/90-day growth goals for every account
• Lead and mentor the Pod, and review every deliverable before it goes out
• Run a tight operation in ClickUp and find at least one process improvement every week

Required profile

• 3-5 years in brand management, account management or eCommerce marketing
• Hands-on Amazon experience across PPC, SEO, catalog and creative (non-negotiable)
• Experience managing multiple clients at once and leading cross-functional teams
• Highly organised with strong follow-through
• Confident communicator with native or C2-level English
• Available during US Eastern Time business hours
