Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

CREATEQ builds AI-accelerated software for banks, insurers, transport and energy companies. As Senior Marketing Manager you will make CREATEQ the recognised expert for AI-powered software engineering in regulated industries in Switzerland and turn that visibility into conversations with new clients. You report to the Head of Business Development & Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Sharpen positioning and messaging for CTOs, CIOs and transformation leaders in regulated industries.
• Establish the CREATEQ brand in the Swiss market, making it consistent across website, sales materials, LinkedIn and events.
• Own the content strategy: case studies, expert articles, the AI Engineering Radar and thought leadership for the CEO and engineering experts.
• Run account-based campaigns on 60-80 target accounts together with the sales team.
• Prepare the marketing plan and budget, measure brand awareness and pipeline contribution, and report on what works.

Required profile

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in IT services, consulting or enterprise software.
• Experience building a B2B brand and keeping it consistent across channels.
• A track record of content and campaigns that generated pipeline, not just reach.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Ability to understand technical topics such as AI, software modernisation and regulation and write about them for senior decision-makers.

Required skills

• Strong design skills and hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for presentations, case studies, social media visuals and event materials.
• Hands-on use of HubSpot (or a comparable platform), LinkedIn and AI tools.
