Associate Manager, Clinical Operations Site Management (Remote)

About the role

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Associate Manager to lead Clinical Operations Site Management across Italy, Spain and Serbia on a remote basis. You will play a pivotal role in building and guiding a team of IHCRAs, ensuring high‑quality trial execution and supporting our mission to accelerate scientific breakthroughs.

Key responsibilities

• Interview, select and onboard permanent and contract IHCRA candidates.
• Provide training, mentorship and regular 1:1 communication to monitor quality metrics such as SVR compliance, SDV metrics, TMF readiness and expense reporting.
• Act as escalation point for IHCRA performance issues on projects.
• Review and approve time‑cards, contractor hours, Sciforma assignments and workload distribution.
• Conduct performance appraisals, address employee relations matters and implement corrective actions (CAPAs) when needed.
• Support Directors of Clinical Operations and approve PTO and non‑billable expense requests.

Required profile

• Ability to understand multiple study protocols.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
