Associate Trademark Search Analyst (Design)

About the role

Clarivate is looking for a Trademark Search Analyst to join its Search Analysis team in Belgrade. The role combines analytical thinking, research and problem solving while helping protect some of the world's most valuable brands. You will work alongside a supportive global team and develop expertise in intellectual property.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse search requests and use CompuMarks proprietary design codes to retrieve data matching the characteristics of the target image.
• Develop smart query strategies using goods and services related to the trademark design so that records of similarity, internal classifications and scope are retrieved.
• Review the data for each report and select the most pertinent references.
• Produce high-quality reports on time, meeting individual and team goals and scheduled deadlines.
• Take part in peer-to-peer operational support, including QC checks and giving feedback when needed.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent working experience.
• Nice to have: background in graphic design, experience in the IP field (preferably design), and experience in a customer-facing position.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Good analytical and research skills.
