Brand & Marketing Expert

About the role

AikBank, one of Serbia's fastest‑growing banks, is seeking a Brand & Marketing Expert to shape its marketing direction and strengthen its brand presence. The role offers the chance to work across the full marketing cycle – from strategy and planning to execution and performance analysis – within a dynamic banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy, annual plans and budget.
• Plan, execute and monitor ATL and BTL campaigns (TV, OOH, radio, print, POS) from brief to final delivery.
• Ensure consistent application of visual identity standards across all channels and branch networks.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Communications and other internal teams, as well as external creative and production partners.
• Conduct market and brand research, campaign testing and competitor monitoring, turning insights into actionable ideas.
• Mentor colleagues, share knowledge and support the development of the wider marketing team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing or brand management.
• Strong curiosity, initiative and a solid sense of brand stewardship.
• Ability to see the big picture while paying attention to detail.
• Willingness to exchange ideas, consider diverse perspectives and co‑create solutions.

Required skills

• Experience managing ATL and BTL campaigns.
• Knowledge of brand consistency and visual identity implementation.
• Proficiency in market research methods (qualitative, quantitative, mixed‑method).
• Collaboration skills across digital, communications and production teams.
