Business Consultant – Retail (Serbia)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Consultant to support our franchise network in Serbia. You will work closely with franchise partners to ensure they implement the brand’s concepts, standards and operational systems, driving sales growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day business consulting to franchisees to maximise sales, profitability and compliance with franchise agreements and operational manuals.
• Conduct regular performance meetings with franchisees, identify operational gaps and implement improvement programmes, requiring frequent travel across Serbia.
• Gather and analyse industry trends, competition and market data to inform business decisions.
• Set, manage and report on the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monitor franchisee KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Design investment plans and conduct regular business reviews with franchise owners to stimulate growth.
• Execute annual sell‑out plans, coordinate with local sales forces and align with sell‑in forecasts to optimise market share.
• Identify new franchise opportunities, present the franchise concept and facilitate new agreement signings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced level of English.
• Proven experience in franchise operations, business consulting or retail management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret KPIs.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Results‑driven, proactive attitude with ownership of franchisee performance.
