Clinical Research Associate – Sponsor Dedicated (Serbia)

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to support sponsor‑dedicated studies in Serbia. You will ensure that trial sites conduct studies according to protocol, regulations, and sponsor expectations while maintaining high data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site monitoring visits, including selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close‑out.
• Collaborate with sites to develop and track subject recruitment plans.
• Provide protocol and study training to sites and maintain regular communication.
• Assess site practices for compliance with GCP, ICH, and local regulations; escalate quality issues as needed.
• Track regulatory submissions, approvals, enrollment, CRF completion, and data query resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation in the Trial Master File and Investigator Site File.
• Prepare visit reports, follow‑up letters, and other required study documentation.
• Coordinate with the study team for project execution support.
• Manage site financials according to trial agreements and local invoicing requirements, if applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare (preferred).
• Minimum 1 + years of CRA and on‑site monitoring experience.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English and Serbian.
• Valid driver’s license and active driver status.
• Residency in Serbia.
