Clinical Supply Specialist (LATAM/Europe) – Remote

About the role

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Clinical Supply Specialist to lead supply chain activities for studies across LATAM and Europe. This remote position will work closely with project, vendor, and DLS leadership teams to ensure study drug availability while controlling costs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor study supply strategies aligned with overall supply‑chain goals.
• Optimize inventory levels to maintain continuity and minimize carrying costs.
• Control manufacturing and delivery processes for study drugs.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Vendor Management and DLS Leadership.
• Develop and maintain detailed study‑drug inventories and related procedures.
• Define and track key supply‑chain KPIs at study and functional levels.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement timely solutions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong planning and logical problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective relationship‑management and negotiation skills.
• Business‑management and analytical mindset.
• IT literacy with proficiency in electronic data handling.
• Understanding of risk management within supply chains.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical research setting.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
