Compliance Officer (Remote, Full-time)

About the role

Vision Compliance is seeking a remote Compliance Officer to manage multiple client projects across diverse industries and regulatory frameworks. You will work independently, guiding each matter from planning through delivery while collaborating with colleagues on shared cases.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of compliance matters, from initial scoping and planning to client communication and final delivery.
• Research applicable regulations and translate them into actionable client requirements.
• Draft policies, procedures, records, and internal guidance documents.
• Monitor regulatory developments and identify material changes for clients.
• Coordinate with team members on shared matters while maintaining overall responsibility for your assignments.

Required profile

• Law degree.
• Self‑motivated and able to see matters through to completion.
• Highly organized with a personal system for tracking obligations and deadlines.
• Strong learning mindset; comfortable researching evolving regulatory topics.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work.
