Compliance Officer – Remote, Full‑time

About the role

Vision Compliance is seeking a proactive Compliance Officer to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. Working remotely, you will advise multinational organisations on a wide range of regulatory topics, from data protection to anti‑money laundering.

Key responsibilities

• Own each compliance matter from initiation to delivery, setting plans, tracking deadlines and communicating with clients.
• Research applicable regulations and translate them into actionable client guidance.
• Draft policies, procedures, records and internal guidance documents.
• Monitor regulatory developments and highlight relevant changes for clients.
• Coordinate with colleagues on shared matters while maintaining overall responsibility for your assignments.

Required profile

• Law degree (LL.B, J.D. or equivalent).
• Strong ability to work independently and see matters through to completion.
• Highly organised with a personal system for tracking obligations and deadlines.
• Curious learner who can quickly acquire new regulatory knowledge.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work.
