Corporate FP&A Finance Analyst

About the role

Join the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team at NCR Atleos in Belgrade. You will support customer profitability reporting, forecasting and KPI tracking while ensuring data quality across large‑scale datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve the forecasting process.
• Design and enhance customer P&L reporting to provide actionable business insights.
• Create, monitor and refine KPI frameworks to track performance.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate with Business Units and Finance teams to gather data requirements and ensure accurate reporting.
• Perform proactive data analysis to identify trends and deliver recommendations.
• Define and implement data acquisition and integration processes, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
• Partner with the manager to escalate issues, communicate progress and drive process improvements.
