CRM Specialist – iGaming Promotions

About the role

We are seeking a CRM Specialist to lead the design, execution and analysis of mass promotional campaigns for our iGaming platform. The role focuses on creating engaging offers, managing the full campaign lifecycle and delivering insights to optimise player engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of mass promotional campaigns aligned with market trends and regional specifics.
• Design and optimise promo mechanics such as free bets, deposit bonuses, cashback, and draw‑based offers.
• Own the CRM campaign lifecycle from planning and channel selection to communication strategy and analytics.
• Conduct competitive research and prepare strategic reports to improve CRM strategy.
• Oversee economic modelling of promotions, including cost, ROI and user uplift.
• Ensure timely execution of promotions in line with business goals and engagement metrics.
• Prepare and present post‑campaign reports highlighting impact and learnings.

Required profile

• Experience in CRM within the iGaming industry, focused on B2C audiences.
• Deep understanding of the player lifecycle, behaviour patterns and engagement stages.
• Strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Ability to interpret CRM metrics such as retention, churn, reactivation, CLTV, ARPU, NGR, bonus cost, CTR, OR/CR across channels.
• Experience with multichannel communication strategies: email, onsite, SMS and messengers.
• Proven collaboration with BI, product, support, VIP and affiliate teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM tools such as Sendgrid, Sendpost and Solitics (or similar).
