Customer Success Manager – Life Sciences & Healthcare

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Belgrade team, focusing on Life Sciences & Healthcare customers.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Proactively engage with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction, loyalty, and trust.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform success plans and improve product delivery.
• Identify potential risks to customer success and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
• Support growth by assisting customers in expanding use of products and services.

Required profile

• 5 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably Customer Success.
• Proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working independently with customers across different regions and time zones.
