Demand Planner – Nutrition & Health (Temporary)

About the role

Nestlé is looking for a Demand Planner for its Demand and Supply Planning team in Belgrade, within the Nutrition & Health area. This is a temporary contract of 18 months, reporting to the Supply Chain Co-Pilot Nutrition & NHS SEE. The role strengthens the team's development, validation, communication and efficient implementation of new or changing items and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve a demand plan for a portfolio of products and customers.
• Align the demand plan with internal and external partners through the Monthly Business Planning and Collaborative Planning processes.
• Identify and manage exceptions and monitor performance to improve the quality and reliability of the demand plan and the company's ability to sense and respond to change.
• Gather information and assumptions about events and activities related to promotions, product launches and customer or distribution changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on portfolio lifecycle tasks such as new product launches, packaging changes, phase-in/phase-out and product discontinuation.
• Drive effective monthly business planning processes to reach a consensus demand plan.

Required profile

• Proactive, analytical and data-driven, with a university degree in a relevant field and 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced communicator with good organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced use of the MS Office package.
