Intern for Transport - Outbound Deliveries

About the role

Bosch's Logistics Transport Department (MA/LOT-EMEA) in Belgrade is looking for an intern for outbound deliveries. The department implements new transport processes, coordinates tenders and organizes direct deliveries, including customer deliveries, logistics service provider control and transport damage management. The internship is full-time and paid, with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• SAP transport support: provide SAP system support for organized transports in shifts (up to twice a week, 11:00-19:00).
• Customs administration: track, monitor and close open customs declarations to keep operations smooth and compliant.
• Logistics and transport coordination: help organize, schedule and coordinate transport activities on a day-to-day basis.

Required profile

• Final-year student of the Faculty of Transportation and Traffic Engineering, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Economics or a similar programme.
• General understanding and interest in logistics processes.
• Accuracy, attention to detail and customer orientation.
• Ability to work in an international team.
• English is mandatory; German is preferred.

Required skills

• Computer skills and MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
