About the role
The company is looking for a Dry Van Dispatcher to manage shipments destined for the United States market. The role is based in the Belgrade area, working from the office in New Belgrade or Obrenovac, with a full‑time schedule from early afternoon until late evening.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule dry‑van loads for US‑bound customers.
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor shipment status, resolve issues, and update tracking systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with transport regulations.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience as a Dry Van dispatcher.
- Strong knowledge of freight operations and US market requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings (14:00‑23:59) on weekdays.
