Engagement Coordinator

About the role

Mebit is seeking a motivated Engagement Coordinator to join its international team. You will be the primary point of contact for our online player community, shaping the brand voice across social platforms and ensuring a vibrant, safe environment for interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support on social channels, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Track, analyze and report community performance metrics, sentiment and growth.
• Communicate with players via chats, forums and direct messages.
• Assist in creating written or visual social content and promotional campaigns.
• Design and manage Kick Drops and Bonus Drops promotions to boost engagement.
• Moderate comments, posts and live‑chat interactions, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
• Oversee competition payouts and verify winners.
• Collect and report community sentiment during streams and events.
