Engagement Director – Business Development & Marketing

About the role

This full‑time remote position splits its focus between two brands. You will spend the majority of your time driving sales, outreach and social‑media coordination for Mayana's Body Butters, while also identifying and closing new local business clients for the We Engage Agency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact retail buyers, boutique owners and online customers for Mayana's Body Butters.
• Coordinate social‑media dashboards, newsletters and email outreach to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Prepare and support in‑person meetings for Mayana's Body Butters leadership.
• Track engagement trends, KPIs and maintain detailed relationship records.
• Find, nurture and close new local business clients for We Engage Agency.
• Manage the hand‑off to production and stay the relationship owner through delivery for We Engage Agency.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a self‑starter attitude.
• Comfortable using phone and virtual channels for outreach.
• Ability to manage calendars and cadence across multiple brands.
• Willingness to represent brands in the San Gabriel Valley / Pasadena area while working remotely.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
