Field Application Engineer – AI Software & Hardware

About the role

Tenstorrent is seeking a Field Application Engineer to bridge AI software and hardware for enterprise customers. You will work closely with the sales team and clients to drive adoption of our AI accelerators and provide technical guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers through meetings, presentations and workshops to understand their AI challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with sales operations and product teams, feeding back field insights to influence roadmap and feature development.
• Demonstrate Tenstorrent’s AI platform, explaining complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technical, enterprise‑facing experience such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer or Technical Account Manager.
• Strong background in AI technologies including machine learning, deep learning, NLP and computer vision.
• Hands‑on experience with embedded systems, FPGA architecture or AI accelerators.
• Understanding of data‑center and server architecture, thermal and power considerations.
