Field Operator – Public Transport Survey Project

About the role

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join a Europe‑wide public transport survey project. As a Field Operator you will walk through assigned city areas, visit transport stations and routes, and collect data using a company‑provided iPhone and simple equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Visit public transport locations and follow predefined routes.
• Walk assigned areas and complete surveys on an iPhone.
• Use company‑provided equipment and follow simple project instructions.
• Ensure all assigned zones are covered accurately.
• Wear company identification while on site.
• Communicate professionally with the public when required.

Required profile

• Good English communication skills.
• Comfortable using an iPhone and mobile applications.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of direction.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Willingness to walk 6‑8 hours per day.
• Comfortable using public transportation daily.
• Open to travel when required.
