Full Stack Developer - AI Team

About the role

Capcade builds the collaboration infrastructure for private markets, helping fund managers, investors and service providers work together in one secure environment. It is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join its AI team and help build the AI capabilities of the product, turning ideas into features that help customers work with information, automate tasks and use their data better. The team owns AI features from exploration through delivery and improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Build and improve AI-powered product features, from idea to delivery and ongoing maintenance
• Explore new AI capabilities and work with product and engineering teams to find useful applications for customers
• Evaluate and improve the quality, reliability and usability of AI features
• Contribute to application and service design in a microservices ecosystem
• Design and launch new features and plan releases with internal teams
• Write clean, maintainable code and help keep applications performant, reliable and secure
• Work alongside QA engineers, UX/UI designers and the Product Manager
• Help improve CI/CD pipelines, the release process and build efficiency

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience with Java, Spring and REST APIs
• Experience with Angular, TypeScript and other JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with Python
• Solid understanding of design patterns and clean code principles
• Practical, critical approach to AI, using AI tools daily and knowing their limits
• Collaborative way of working and good written and spoken English

Required skills

• Relational or NoSQL databases
• CI/CD and build tools such as GitHub Actions, Maven and Docker
• Familiarity with cloud architecture
• Nice to have: production AI features or agentic frameworks, observability tools, scripting (Shell or Python), monorepos
