Fund Controller

About the role

The Fund Controller will be responsible for the accurate preparation of fund financial statements and the oversight of cash and capital activities. Working within a collaborative, four‑day on‑site environment, you will support audit processes and provide guidance to junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Produce fund financial statements, footnotes and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate and support year‑end audits.
• Monitor and record daily cash activity.
• Prepare fund capital activity allocations and partner capital accounts.
• Track portfolio company transactions and calculate investment returns.
• Respond to various investor and investment requests.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• University degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Audit.
• Exposure to the private‑equity industry is a plus.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly motivated team player with strong multitasking ability.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
