Global People Operations Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and detail‑oriented Global People Operations Assistant to support our People Operations team across Europe (excluding Serbia). This temporary position will cover maternity leave and focuses on smooth employee administration, data integrity, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the People Ops point of contact for designated European countries, providing tailored administrative support.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
• Manage employment contracts, addendums, and documentation for bonuses or commissions.
• Support regional onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll, and benefits processes.
• Respond promptly to employee inquiries and assist People Business Partners and local HR managers as needed.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of global HR data processing.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience working in an international environment is a plus.
• Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS tools.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
