Guest Experience Coordinator

About the role

As a Guest Experience Coordinator you will be the primary point of contact for guests staying at AvantStay properties, guiding them from the initial inquiry through the end of their stay. You will work closely with field operators to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for group travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle escalated guest inquiries via phone, email and text, troubleshooting issues promptly.
• Make reservations tailored to guests’ requirements and budgets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in relevant systems, including customer and property information.
• Provide accurate information about AvantStay properties, policies and amenities.
• Support field operation teams and coordinate with local vendors to uphold consistent service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, concierge or call‑center environments.
• Availability to work full‑time during EST business hours (7 am‑7 pm) with weekend coverage.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong attention to detail.
