Hotel Sales Executive – Corporate & Group Sales

About the role

The Hotel Sales Executive – Corporate & Group Sales is a full‑time, on‑site position at Belgrade City Hotel. You will be responsible for driving corporate and group revenue by acquiring new accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and coordinating group bookings and events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage corporate and group sales accounts, including local and international businesses, travel agencies and event organizers.
• Prospect, network and generate leads, preparing proposals, contracts and negotiating rates and packages.
• Collaborate with front‑office, reservations and F&B teams to ensure smooth execution of group bookings, meetings and events.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities and represent the hotel at trade fairs and corporate events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel sales, corporate account management or group sales within hospitality.
• Strong business‑development, lead‑generation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to prepare and negotiate commercial offers, group packages and long‑term agreements.
• Solid understanding of hotel operations, meetings & events coordination and basic revenue‑management principles.
• Fluency in Serbian and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing or equivalent practical experience preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with reservation software.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
