Visitor Experience Collaborator – Swiss Pavilion Expo 2027

About the role

Presence Switzerland is looking for a motivated collaborator to manage the visitor experience at the Swiss Pavilion during Expo 2027 in Belgrade. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing information about Switzerland and ensuring a smooth, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage visitor flow, greet guests and VIPs, and provide assistance throughout their visit.
• Deliver accurate information about the Swiss Pavilion, the Expo, and Switzerland in general.
• Support the preparation and staging of events and exhibitions within the pavilion.
• Assist with general operational tasks and ad‑hoc duties as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in visitor management, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Very good command of English and basic knowledge of Serbian, with willingness to improve language skills on site.
• Strong organizational abilities, ability to improvise and work independently.
• High motivation to provide excellent service, friendly attitude and resilience under pressure.
• Reliability, teamwork, stamina and a neat, professional appearance.

What we offer

• Net monthly salary of RSD 110,000.
• Public transportation allowance of RSD 3,000 per month.
• Meal allowance of RSD 2,000 per month (gross).
• Vacation allowance of RSD 1,000 per month (gross).
