Head of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, modelling and strategic reporting for Toloka AI. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced and works closely with senior leadership and operational teams to drive financial performance and support investor readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the consolidated annual budgeting process and quarterly reviews.
• Own in‑year forecasting, including rolling re‑forecasts and scenario modelling.
• Provide variance, sensitivity and ad‑hoc financial analysis to inform decisions.
• Maintain capacity models and track project KPIs for planning needs.
• Produce regular performance analytics, unit‑economics dashboards and identify under‑performing areas.
• Develop and maintain rolling cash‑flow forecasts at group and entity levels, aligning with balance‑sheet and P&L.
• Manage financial models primarily in Google Sheets and evaluate FP&A planning tools as the function scales.
• Ensure data accuracy across planning models and recommend process improvements.
