Head of Product

About the role

Adapty is looking for a senior product leader to own and grow its omni‑product business. You will shape the roadmap, drive revenue, and build a high‑performing product organization that serves mobile developers and growth managers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for multiple SaaS products.
• Build and scale the product organization, processes, and reporting cadence.
• Co‑own product P&L and implement clear product metrics and goal systems.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to track shared metrics such as pipeline, conversion, LTV/CAC.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of shipping complex products and shaping product vision.
• Strong analytical mindset with ROI‑based prioritisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Experience building or running subscription‑based products.
• Background in mobile growth or monetisation.
• Experience with developer‑focused products.
