Head of Revenue Operations

About the role

As Head of Revenue Operations at GoMining, you will own the commercial performance of all direct revenue channels, driving growth, efficiency, and profitability across sales, VIP, and retention functions. You will work closely with business owners and senior leadership to set priorities, improve unit economics, and ensure every commercial initiative delivers measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own operational performance of Sales, VIP, and Retention channels and align execution plans with business owners.
• Build scalable commercial processes, operating standards, and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor channel performance, identify revenue and efficiency opportunities, and drive cross‑sell/upsell initiatives.
• Define profitability targets, pricing strategies, discount policies, and commercial KPIs.
• Partner with Analytics, Finance, Product, and Marketing to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar leadership role.
• Background in fintech, payments, SaaS, crypto, or other transaction‑driven businesses.
• Proven ability to build reporting frameworks, operational processes, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of unit economics, pricing, and commercial performance.
