About the role
The Healthcare Specialist at ProDeuren works full‑time on‑site in Centrum, providing medical support and health‑safety guidance to employees and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Perform basic medical assessments and deliver first‑aid care.
- Respond to health and safety incidents and coordinate emergency response.
- Maintain medical supplies and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and deliver health‑safety training in collaboration with management.
- Document incidents accurately and communicate health information clearly.
- Integrate health considerations into daily operational activities.
Required profile
- Healthcare and medicine knowledge, including basic clinical practices and workplace health standards.
- EMT or equivalent emergency medical training.
- Strong communication skills for explaining health information.
- Experience delivering health, safety and first‑aid training.
- Relevant certification or licence (e.g., EMT, nursing) preferred.
