HR AI Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an HR AI Specialist to act as Proximus Global’s internal catalyst for AI transformation. The role will design and deliver AI training programmes, assess skill gaps, and lead change management initiatives while also serving as the in‑house technical expert for AI‑driven automation within HR and corporate support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver AI literacy and upskilling programmes (e‑learning, workshops, job aids) and track completion rates, learning outcomes and capability uplift KPIs.
• Conduct systematic competency assessments to identify AI‑related skill gaps and create targeted learning pathways aligned with strategic workforce planning.
• Develop and execute change management plans for AI tool roll‑outs, acting as liaison between HR, IT and business stakeholders and managing communications and resistance.
• Analyse HR and corporate/support processes to identify automation and AI optimisation opportunities, prioritize them, and build business cases with indicative ROI.
• Design, build, test and deploy AI‑powered solutions within the HR domain, including workflow automation, knowledge support and productivity use cases.
• Contribute to broader strategic workforce planning by assessing AI impact on roles, skills, job families and workforce capacity.
• Monitor adoption metrics and report AI adoption KPIs to HR leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 + years experience in HR roles such as generalist, L&D, HR technology or HRIS.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience with structured change methodologies and competency assessments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to measure training effectiveness and AI adoption.
• Capability to scope, build and deploy end‑to‑end AI/automation solutions in an enterprise environment.
