About the role

CE INDUSTRIES is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the people agenda for its Beohemija and Kaumy SEE businesses. This strategic leadership position will shape HR strategy, drive organizational development, and support business performance across a diverse industrial portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and group priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on people, leadership, and organizational matters.
• Lead organizational development, transformation, and integration initiatives.
• Provide workforce insights and people analytics for strategic decision‑making.
• Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and development programs for critical roles.
• Manage compensation, bonus, benefits, and payroll in line with market practice and group standards.
• Monitor HR metrics, workforce trends, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Lead employee engagement, employer branding, and complex employee relations matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior HR leadership within a multi‑site or industrial environment.
• Strong strategic partnership skills with senior executives and general managers.
• Deep knowledge of compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
