Internal Communications & Employer Branding Internship

About the role

Join Bosch's Human Resources team in Belgrade as an Internal Communications and Employer Branding Intern. You will help shape the company's culture by creating compelling stories, managing communication channels, and supporting brand initiatives both inside and outside the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Find, draft, and share inspiring stories, project milestones, and employee spotlights across internal and external platforms.
• Maintain and update content on intranet, digital screens, and internal social networks.
• Craft engaging written and visual material for LinkedIn, Instagram, and career pages.
• Participate in brainstorming, planning, and executing internal events, team‑building activities, and corporate celebrations.
• Coordinate with creative agencies and designers to produce visual assets for social media and internal channels.
• Research latest trends, digital tools, and best practices in marketing and internal communications.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Journalism, Communications, Philology, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Serbian and English.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Highly creative, proactive, and passionate about people, company culture, and community building.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for content creation.
• Familiarity with SharePoint (advantage).
