International Fleet Project Coordinator

About the role

The International Fleet Project Coordinator will be based in Belgrade and support NCR Voyix’s global fleet operations. You will manage vehicle transactions, maintenance, and inventory while driving project delivery across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all vehicle transactions, including rental arrangements, ordering, maintenance, cost control, and inventory management.
• Develop and refine processes in collaboration with procurement, field operations, and fleet teams.
• Lead project planning, integrate sub‑project plans, secure resources, and ensure successful deployment.
• Review project documentation for completeness, conduct post‑implementation reviews, and communicate lessons learned.
• Work within a project team environment, focusing on results, meeting deadlines, and driving incremental revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing fast‑paced, high‑volume, strategically important projects.
• Proactive, analytical, and technical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Project‑related certification preferred or proven project experience.
• Excellent English proficiency; fluency in Spanish, Italian, or additional languages is a strong asset.
• Effective teamwork skills across all organizational levels.
