IT Project Manager with German

About the role

Deloitte Technology is looking for an IT Project Manager who can bridge business units and IT service providers while supporting the digitalisation of corporate functions. The role combines classic and agile project management to deliver high‑impact IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute IT (sub‑)projects, including budget responsibility.
• Assess requirements against IT strategy, architecture and compliance standards.
• Lead diverse project teams, moderate steering committees and present complex IT topics to senior management.
• Align projects with both classical and agile methodologies, primarily Scrum.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project‑management processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in classical and/or agile IT project management.
• Preferably certified as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills across all levels.
• Hands‑on mentality, conflict‑resolution ability, analytical strength and structured working style.
• Fluent English; very good German is a plus.
