IT specijalista

About the role

We are looking for an IT Specialist to join the INTIC Group and provide comprehensive IT support to all member companies. The role involves maintaining and improving the Group’s IT infrastructure while actively contributing to the digital transformation of business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade computer hardware, software and overall IT infrastructure across the Group.
• Provide daily technical support to employees and resolve IT issues.
• Administer Microsoft server platforms and related databases.
• Develop, customize and implement software solutions as needed.
• Install, configure and maintain applications and information systems.
• Train staff on the use of applications and IT systems.
• Plan procurement, implementation and maintenance of IT resources.
• Participate in IT budgeting and monitor its execution.
• Propose improvements for efficiency, security and performance of IT systems.
• Ensure IT systems and documentation comply with relevant laws, regulations and internal procedures.
• Prepare analyses, periodic reports and activity plans for the IT department.
• Collaborate with internal units and external partners.

Required profile

• Technical secondary education (VI/VII level) or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in a similar IT role.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft server platforms.
• Excellent command of English.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
