Junior Sales Specialist – kino distribucija

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Specialist to support cinema distribution of international film titles. The role is based in Belgrade and offers the chance to work directly with theatres, partners and internal teams in a dynamic film‑industry environment. You will gain practical experience in box‑office analytics and film distribution management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and contracting cinema distribution for film releases.
• Communicate regularly with theatres, clients and business partners.
• Support negotiation of commercial terms and execution of sales activities.
• Monitor box‑office results, audience figures and film performance.
• Analyse sales data, market trends and competitor performance.
• Prepare sales analyses, reports and presentations.
• Identify new sales opportunities and propose actions to improve results.
• Track implementation of agreed activities and targets.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the sales process.
• Gradually take independent responsibility for specific films, clients and sales projects under mentorship.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education; higher education in economics, business, marketing or related fields is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers.
• Organised, precise and responsible work attitude.
• Proactive, autonomous and eager to learn.
• Interest in film, cinemas and the film industry.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
