Market Access & Pricing Specialist

About the role

The Market Access & Pricing Specialist will support Organon’s products across Baltic and Adriatic markets, handling pricing dossiers, reimbursement activities, and market‑access strategies. You will work closely with the EEI Pricing Lead and commercial teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and to drive profitable pricing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pricing and reimbursement activities, including international reference procedures and product list maintenance, for the assigned countries.
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to develop pricing models and recommendations.
• Participate in negotiations with local health authorities and stakeholders.
• Support the Pricing Lead on regional pricing projects and monitor health‑care legislation.
• Develop business cases for market‑access actions and collaborate with commercial, marketing, and sales teams.
• Provide pricing assumptions for finance forecasting and assist with product launches or lifecycle management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in life sciences, medicine, economics or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in pharmaceutical market access and pricing.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize opportunities strategically.
• Fluent English and native proficiency in one of the listed local languages.
