Marketing Activation Specialist

About the role

As a Marketing Activation Specialist you will work in a global matrix organization, linking regional marketing strategy with local market needs in Serbia and Bosnia‑Herzegovina. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Planning and Activation Manager, CEE, you will help grow the VELUX brand through locally relevant, brand‑consistent campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing tasks for target audiences such as customers, installers, dealers, architects and PHBs.
• Guard the brand by ensuring consistent communication, identity and tone of voice.
• Participate in regional project meetings, approve campaign adaptations and translations.
• Gather market insights, monitor trends and competitor activity, and provide local‑specific recommendations.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service, conduct field visits and analyse campaign results.
• Support budget planning, tracking, forecasting and monthly reporting.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and act as the local privacy responsible.
• Handle sales‑support tasks and additional B2C/B2B operational marketing activities as defined by the manager.
• Travel up to 10 days per year for business purposes.

Required profile

• BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a local or multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of online marketing and social media.
