Marketing Coordinator – Luxury Jewelry

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will lead the full marketing function for a luxury jewelry brand, turning strategic ideas into concrete results. You will act as the bridge between strategy, people, and execution, ensuring high‑impact campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in creating and immediately implementing the strategic marketing plan.
• Coordinate internal marketing teams, external agencies, and freelance collaborators.
• Manage the marketing budget, suppliers, and partner relationships.
• Organise and monitor all key marketing activities across channels.
• Connect diverse teams and partners to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Track performance results and continuously improve marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing agency, retail, or luxury environment.
• Independent, organised, creative and detail‑oriented with a strong big‑picture perspective.
• Proven ability to take ideas from concept to execution and own the results.
