About the role

Fruvita, a leading Serbian producer of fruit juices and processed fruit, is looking for a Marketing Manager to shape and execute the marketing strategy for its brands. The role involves driving brand growth, supporting product development, and ensuring the company stays competitive in the FMCG market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the company and its brands.
• Define the annual marketing plan, set the budget, and manage its execution.
• Collect market data, analyse trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Monitor sales performance and market positioning of Fruvita and its competitors.
• Design, launch, and control promotional activities and sales‑boosting initiatives.
• Participate in the development of existing products and the creation of new ones.
• Oversee internal and external communications, including PR activities.
