Medical Representative – Belgrade & Central Serbia

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals across Belgrade and Central Serbia. The role is remote, allowing you to manage your territory efficiently while building strong professional relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate company products to doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare providers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community.
• Organise product presentations, educational meetings and training sessions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Prepare regular reports on field activities, sales performance and market insights.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Dentistry.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s licence and active driver status.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organisational and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset.
