About the role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of strategic logistics and courier clients, ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and driving continuous improvement of solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key client portfolio and guarantee execution of contracted logistics and courier services according to SLAs.
• Monitor operational performance (delivery deadlines, service quality, complaints) and initiate corrective actions with operational teams.
• Develop and enhance logistics and distribution solutions tailored to client needs.
• Maintain proactive communication, conduct regular business meetings, and build partnership relationships.
• Identify commercial opportunities to increase cooperation volume, optimise costs and propose additional services.
• Achieve sales or business performance targets.
• Coordinate internal teams (operations, sales, IT, finance) for efficient client request fulfilment.
• Track financial indicators, client profitability and support billing processes.
• Analyse market trends, competition and client requirements, recommending business improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on key client performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar logistics or courier role.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office (PC).
• Analytical problem‑solving approach, strong communication, accuracy and timeliness.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.

• Microsoft Office (advanced)
