Meta Media Buyer (Junior/Medior)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Meta Media Buyer to scale acquisition for our health‑and‑wellness D2C brands across multiple European markets. The role involves end‑to‑end management of Meta advertising campaigns, close collaboration with creative and growth teams, and data‑driven optimisation to meet revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage Meta campaigns in Germany, Austria, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia & Herzegovina.
• Monitor performance against KPIs such as CAC, MER, ROAS and contribution profitability, and adjust budgets accordingly.
• Scale successful campaigns while quickly identifying and fixing performance issues.
• Work with creative and growth teams to develop testing hypotheses, roadmaps and feedback loops for new ad concepts.
• Analyse audience, creative and funnel data to extract actionable insights and growth opportunities.
• Maintain clear reporting, documentation and structured testing processes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Meta platform updates, new tools and emerging D2C performance‑marketing strategies.

Required profile

• At least one year of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads for e‑commerce or D2C brands.
• Proven track record of handling six‑figure advertising budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of campaigns.
• Professional proficiency in English; German is a plus.
